Angel was flexible and responsive during our short but successful search for a house. As first-time home buyers we didn t have a good idea of what we were doing, but Angel was exceedingly patient in explaining not only the mounds of paperwork but also the implications of particular decisions. Best of all, Angel went out of her way to gather additional information about our house for us so that we could make an informed decision.


I contacted Angel with some very preliminary interest in buying a place. I really had no idea what I wanted just that I should probably move out of my rented studio before I hit retirement age. Angel was extremely helpful from the very first e-mail to the day of closing and beyond. Despite the fact that I was oblivious to the real estate buying process and knew little besides what s taught in engineering school, Angel was very patient in answering all my questions and explaining the various intricacies of the market & the process as a whole. She laid out the options fairly, and not once did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. She also works closely with some equally helpful mortgage lenders that you can speak to if you wish, and I found them to have some of the most competitive rates in the area. I ended up with a near ideal place only 4 weeks after I first contacted her. Incidentally, despite visiting many different properties, I ended up buying a place she suggested as a possibility the very first day we met and discussed my interests. I ll contact her again if I need an agent in the future.


Angel was wonderful to work with and took all of the pressure off of my first home buying experience. She answered all of my novice questions very quickly and in ways I could understand, and was willing to meet with me for several hours on the weekends and after 5pm. She took care of all the necessary arrangements with my lender, home inspector, title company, etc things I could have never tackled as well all on my own. Absolute A+ recommendation for Angel.

We recently bought our first home with Angel as our real estate agent. Angel was really great in answering all our "first timer" questions and she had an amazing turn around time in replying to all our emails and returning our calls. Angel made sure that as first time home buyers, we got all the information that we needed and she willingly showed us more than a dozen properties on a snowed out, "big game" Sunday, escorting us to all the places in her Land Rover; not to speak of many frigid late evening showings after work.
