First 4 Steps of Your Quest for Selling:
Step One - Orientation:
Meet with me to review the services I offer as being your Listing agent. Receive the Seller Success Solution" Informational book.
Step Two - Staging house and Listing Forms:
I assist you by going room to room and provide you with staging ideas that make your house stand out to buyers. We will also review and sign the necessary Listing forms.
Step Three - Measurements / Pictures / Yard Sign:
I take necessary room measurements for marketing purposes. Professional photographer is scheduled to visit your home to take photos. The yard sign will be placed in yard.
Step Four - MLS:
Your home is listed on the MLS for all Realtors to see. Plus, your home is added to 28 websites including www.wisconsinhomes.com, www.realtor.com, and www.restainohomes.com for the public to see. In addition to those high profile websites, your home is added to my personal website, www.angelkubichek.com and www.craigslist.com.
